Staff
Our staff is available 24/7 to assist you throughout your stay: Alessia Teichner: personally manages reservations and the organization of your stay and is always reachable via WhatsApp; Jessica Samonte Naspese: is on site from Monday to Saturday, 7:00–10:30 am, and takes care of breakfast service; Vincent Nicolas Mercado: is present from Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am–8:00 pm, handling check-in, cleaning, and reception services; Kaycy Carurucan Dimaunahan: is your Sunday contact, available from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
TeichnerSuite offers a boutique hotel experience designed to make guests feel at home in Rome. In the structure we have staff can support you, but always the guests can communicate directly with the staff via WhatsApp, ensuring fast and easy assistance. In fact, after booking, the guests are invited to join a private reception WhatsApp group for seamless communication
Check-in
Check-in is available from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Outside these hours, guests can access the property via self check-in. Before 2:00 pm, luggage storage is available; guests may check in, leave their bags
Check-Out
Check-out is at 10:00 am to allow proper cleaning of the suites. If your flight is not in this time, please leave the luggage in our deposit
Lugagge Storage
Luggage storage is always available, at any time of the day. Please note that porter service is available from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm; outside these hours, guests will need to manage their own luggage.
Housekeeping
Our suites are cleaned and refreshed every day between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm.
In the late afternoon, around 6:00 pm, Vincent will return to the suite for an evening turndown service, including bed refresh.
Vincent and Alessia will be delighted to assist you in personalizing your stay, helping you book the best restaurants and supporting you with any other request you may need.
Room Service
Enjoy a drink to unwind, a quiet moment in your suite, or any small request to make your stay effortless and comfortable. Available during staff on-site hours: 7:00 am – 8:00 pm (Mon–Sat) and 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (Sun).

Transfert
Upon request, we can arrange paid private transfers to and from Rome airports and the Port of Civitavecchia.
